Beefcake - Gaius Line Art

The cleaned up version of my beefcake-character-in-the-making. His name is Gaius :3 From what I've learned, he likes to sleep a lot, and enjoys sunlight and reading. He's also a romantic and is prone to lots of inward contemplation. He's also miffed that he's always type-cast as the angel in the church's Christmas Pagant every year ;3

Tried something a bit different this time and did the line art inking in Painter Classic rather than using natural media. The results are quite nice, I especially like how I'm able to maintain more of the softness of my pencils, especially in the hair and wing areas. It's slower than my usual inking, though, and some areas are harder to control. So there's pros and cons in both of my styles, I'll probably stick with natural stuff. Hmm, wonder if I could get the same effect using pencils for my inking instead...
