Description
This was a bit of an experimental portrait - I started with the shadow colors first, then painted midtones and highlights over them.
This fellow is my nasty scientist character, originally created for the City of Heroes world, but he might soon have an incarnation in the Island of Doctor Moreau. He loves messing with things to 'improve' them. >_>

This guy makes for the perfect model of a neutral bad guy, He's not bad at heart, but he tries to do good, its just the roll of the dice, he can't help but 'experiment' Mind if I use this picture ? I will credit you for the work!
