Finally finished my half of an art trade with of her character Loki. This was remarkably easy to color, only taking one afternoon to shade. The background, however, was a major pain ;o *shakes fist at perspective and tall buildings* Curse yooooou! Oh well, I hope the overall image turned out okay. Huzzah for leaping from high places >.>
Backgrounds are a HUGE pain for me as well. I always end up doing something dorky, as a little afterthought rather than thinking them through...
Anyway, my answer to your concern is yes, the image turned out great. Granted the two parts are in a slightly different style, but it's not a detracting thing, seeing as how the character is the main focus of the image. And I really do love that character! Very excellent shading and light effects. If that was remarkably easy, then I'm quite jealous. All-in-all, some very nice work!
I love that pose. Her expression is priceless too. And it's so dark and well coloured.
That, and I love white furred anthros.
Yay, white fur!

Raphael: OK, Leo, I'll bite. What're we doing up here? Leonardo: I told Splinter I'd get this team in shape again. Michelangelo: Hey, I've been training. Since you've left, my videogame scores have, like, doubled.
You know when I saw this picture before it was an interesting pose, and a nice character. You'd done a good job drawing her and I think perhaps I'd said that, but I couldn't figure out what kind of action or place you'd put such a drawing in, and I think you'd said that much yourself.
Now you've taken off the gloves so to speak and given one hell of a hit.
This has to be the most perfect background ever produced for a character shot. Okay, there's some exageration on that, because I can see where you had trouble with the windows, and she is out of position from leaping from one rail to the other, but still, just the fact you were able to place that action into that shot and wrap it all together...
Damn good Evi. Damn good.
And just one more... that moon is so freakin awesome... it's like I can just "feel" the moonlight coming down. How do you color like that? *laughs*
