Another piece from last year, this one from November. This is Gaius's incarnation in the world of the Island of Doctor Moreau, where humans are turned into animal people. Gaius reached 50% completion on November 1st, becoming even more pegasus-like with his stretched neck and feet. Took him nearly a month to learn how to walk again!
I've been enjoying playing with just plain shading on various paper textures, as well as working with the sketch in the final image. And I still adore those ridiculously long feet of his even several months after drawing it. XD
