Description
Working on catching up on all the stockpiled art I haven't had time to upload!
With all the Harry Potter fanart flying around DA, it's amusing to be posting a CS Lewis fanart of all things. XD Especially of one of his more obscure fiction works!
This is one of the strange, otter-like alien races of Malacandra (Mars) from CS Lewis's book "Out of the Silent Planet." I also tried to catch the strange, washed-out colored world with its pink spongy moss covering, the big petrified rose-colored trees, and massive, broken-bottle edge green mountains rimming the valleys of Mars.
CS Lewis needs more fanart. Fer seriously.
Was done as a gift to my CS Lewis teacher. Please don't take without my permission, 'cause that'd be mean and nasty. <3
